As part of a design fellowship with Lab at OPM (an innovation lab within the U.S. Federal Government), I helped to develop a graphic identity for a project entitled the Federal Customer Experience Initiative (FCXI), an effort to improve the experience of government products and services . The goal was to create a system that felt bright, accessible, and atypical of government design.
